LCB represented the sellers of the MJM Ranch. Over a few years and four transactions, LCB sold two easements and the underlying fee on the MJM Ranch, a 212-acre property of old growth chaparral, now largely preserved. With LCB’s help, the seller was able to sell a very difficult piece of land in four transactions totaling $1,870,000.
