LCB represented the sellers of two challenging desert properties near Rosamond in Kern County. After entering escrow in 2011 with a private solar developer, and later falling out of escrow, LCB completed the sale of both properties in 2017 to First Solar, a Solar energy company, securing for both sellers their requested price, $8,000/acre.
